It´s a highly ergonomic jug holds, specifically designed to clearly differentiate between left hand. Their intuitively recognisable form makes orientation for climbers pretty easy.

Laterally placed tactile raised features (or: raised areas) allow visually impaired people to make
a clear haptic distinction between the right and left side via the thumb of the respective hand.
These markings also facilitate the setting of the holds for route setters.
