Ergonomic hold
Product Description
This ergonomic hold can be used as a single hold or for matching (using both hands on one
hold), which offers more flexibility - both for climbers and route setters. Therefore, expanding a
set with the Ergonomic Hold L opens up possibilities for more varied and complex movement
patterns.
It can also be used as a large foothold. The slightly contoured but still very smooth texture offers
optimal grip on a large surface.
It´s comfortable on the feet, even when climbing with trainers or barefoot shoes, or in cases of
polyneuropathy (a nerve disorder that can lead to sensory disturbances)
