This set contains 35 different footholds. The footholds in this set are suitable for setting hard routes on overhangs as well as technical routes on slabs. The beginners can use them for perfecting their footwork. Each climbing hold has a special opening on the side which is meant for the extra screw to prevent the hold from spinning. When you rotate to hold you also change the positivity. The design of the holds reduces their strength. This holds should be affixed with the hand not with the machine. If you use the machine the holds can break.
