Limestone Mondo Jugs

The word ‘Mondo' is meant to imply something big. Before these new limestone Mondo Jugs came along, our biggest set of Mondo jugs were undoubtedly the Fontainebleau Mondo jugs.
These Limestone Mondo Jugs are truly big! In studying many rock types over the years, one thing that makes designing holds difficult is the shear size of the features you see on real rock -creating holds that mimic the real size and feel of the features is somewhat economically non-viable. Here we are pushing the boundaries in creating this set to try and give you a real feel for climbing on the limestone rock we studied and now stylized.
The set incorporates many fundamentals found throughout the Mondo jug families: Easily dual handed, Ergonomic, Positive on horizontal (+90 degree) overhangs and extremely aesthetically pleasing! These holds will be an excellent eye catcher and conversation piece in any climbing gym.
Each hold is designed with anti-rotation in mind; Ensuring the footprint is big enough so the maximum moment applied is less than the force required to rotate the hold -by having sufficient friction beneath it. They also have a screw hole to secure them should you wish to do so.
